HORIZONTAL CONVEYORS (SORTING, INSPECTIONAL, DRYNING)
DESTINY
Flat conveyors are designed for the horizontal
transportation, sort (sorting conveyors) and to
the drainage (dryning conveyors) of raw
materials such as: fruits fresh and chilled ,
vegetables fresh and chilled, cooking products.
Could be made with the lighting , roll-away , with sort out devices on wastes, with the aerial
curtain. The speed of the tape feed, according to the agrees with the customer could be
constant or regulated (the converter of the frequency or motor variator).
THE WAY OF WORKING
In the belt carriers are used the tapes from the acid-resistant wire , modular tapes from
polyacethale and of the polythene, smooth tapes from the polyurethane having the certificates
for using them in the food industry. Produced by us conveyors possess the certificate of the
PZH.
OBLIQUE CONVEYORS - STRAIGHT ELEVATORS
DESTINY
The straight elevators are designed for the planovertical
transportation of raw materials such as: fresh and
frozen fruits, fresh and frozen vegetables, cooking
products. I could be made on small wheels or feet. The
speed of the tape feed, depends on the agrees with the
customer could be constant or regulated (the converter
of the frequency or motor variator).
THE WAY OF WORKING
In conveyors like elevators are used the tapes from the polyurethane, reticular tapes from the
acid-resistant wire, modular tapes from polyacethale and of the polythene possessing the
certificates for using them in the food industry. To the tapes could be assembled drivers and
the side - limitation (so-called "bordoflex"). Produced by us conveyors possess attest of the
PZH.
OBLIQUE CARRIERS - ELEVATORS
DESTINY
Oblique carriers are designed for vertical transport of fresh
or frozen fruits and vegetables and other culinary products.
They are produced as a break carriers, could be done with a
stright sector situated at the beginning or the end of the
carrier, on wheels or feet. The speed of moving tape could be
stable or regulated by frequency converter or variable speed
motor (depends of client needs).
THE WAY OF WORKING
In production of elevators are used polyurethane tapes, netting tapes made of acid resisting
wire, polyacetal or polyethylene modular tapes, attested for using in consumable industry.
There could be assembled drivers and side limitations on the tape. Carriers produced in our
company have attests of Polish Hygiene Institute.
SCREW CONVEYORS
DESTINY
Screw conveyors are designed for the
transportation horizontal and vertical of the raw
materials such as: fresh and frozen fruits, fresh
and frozen vegetables, cooking products or the
other according to agrees with the customer.
Could be made as the horizontal and oblique
conveyors, on wheels or feet. Turns of the snail,
and connected with the efficiency - according to
the agrees with the customer, possibly became
constant or regulated (the frequency converter or
motor variator).
THE WAY OF WORKING
Screw conveyors en bloc are made from acidresistant
materials. Bodies of the conveyor: the snail placed in the pipe, the motoreducer and
the supporting construction. The diameter of the snail and the jump are chosen to the
efficiency expected by the customer.
ROLL CONVEYORS WITHOUT THE DRIVE
DESTINY
Roll conveyors without the drive are designed for the packing and the
horizontal manual transportation of the raw materials eg. in boxes.
THE WAY OF WORKING
In roll- conveyors there are used, as the carrier, the rolls from the acid-resistant pipe or
materials installed in the supporting construction.
ROLL- CONVEYORS WITH THE DRIVE
DESTINY
The conveyor is designed for the horizontal
transportation of the raw materials like the onion, and
other goods with suitable settlements. The machine is
characterized with the continuous work at the
uninterrupted production and with the simple
construction easy for the dry-cleaning and the
