THE AERIAL SEPARATOR - Type HSP - 01
DESTINY
The aerial separator is designed for the cleaning of frozen
vegetables and fruits from the light impurities.
The machine is characterized with the continuous work at the
uninterrupted production and with the simple construction
easy for a dry-cleaning and the preservation.
THE WAY OF WORKING
The raw material is putting to the fill up device through the
vibratory feeder of the separator , from where drops
gravitationally on the cavity sieve. The sieve is situated in
streams of the transfluent air underneath of the separator to top. Light and small dirts are
raised downstream airs and transported to side of the pour out, through which are dropping
gravitationally escaping outside of the separator. Cleaned material of the weight which not
permit on the exultation by transfluent planes of the air, drops gravitationally after the sieve
right to the main pour out device, from where hits to the container or other device in the
technological line.
