BRUSH WASHER TYPE HUP-04
DESTINY
The brush washer is designed for washing cucumbers
mainly, but it can also be used for washing pit
vegetables, like potatoes, beets, carrots, etc.
THE WAY OF WORKING
This washer consist of 3 principal units: bath, transporter with netting tape and unit of
brushes. Bath is made of acid resisting steel. In the lower part of the bath there is a flap valve
DN 100 which pour out the water for better cleaning of the bath. Inside the bath there is a
notch with the regulation of water level. Transporter with netting tape is powered by motor
reducer. The tape is made of acid-resisting wire. There are 30 mm height drivers on the tape
mounted every 150 mm. Three brushes situated inside the bath and powered by motor reducer
wipe vegetables and clean them from the sand and other dirties. Then vegetables are moved in
direction of transporter returnable drum.
DRUM WASHER type HUP-07
DESTINY
Drum washer is designed for rough cleaning of
vegetables and hard fruits. It can be a part of a
production line.
THE WAY OF WORKING
First of all the washer basin must be full of water. Then the washer must be turned on and
filled up with the material. A sloping position of the drum makes fruits or vegetables move
into an emptying device. At the end of the drum there are drivers, which take out the cleaned
material. Regulated feet helps to find the best angle of slope, what influence on a cleaning
efficiency and precision.
WATER-AIR WASHER type HUP-09
DESTINY
A water-air washer is designed for cleaning fruits
and some kinds of vegetables, especially:
strawberries, plums, cherries, bean, brussel etc. It
can be a part of a production line. In this machine
we use a carrier with loop net made from an acid
resisting, 800mm wide wire.
THE WAY OF WORKING
Fruits are given through a charging hopper. There is a pipeline under the hopper, giving the
compressed air, that causing a fruits' movement and washing. A special transporter with
drivers, carry out the fruits from a washer basin under the sprayers and finally to the emptying
device.
TECHNICAL
THE WATER-AIR WASHER TO LEAFY VEGETABLES of the type HUP-11
DESTINY
To the rinsing of leafy vegetables such as curlykare was designed the water - air washer with
the adaptor sewn on the washer sustained from three drums with shoulder-blades. The
rinsing follows through the sinking of the raw material by the shoulder-blades placed on
turning round drums. The drive from the motoreducer to the drums is transferred through the
chain gear.
THE WASHER TO LETTUCE the type HUP - 12
DESTINY
The washer to the lettuce is designed for
washing of the lettuce and other leafy
vegetables. The machine is characterized
with the continuous work at the
uninterrupted production and with the simple
construction easy for the dry-cleaning and
the preservation.
THE WAY OF WORKING
The basic elements of the washer to the lettuce are: the bath and the vibratory gutter. The raw
material is given to the bath where is ducked. Snouts being found in the bath are so directed,
that create the whirl of the water about the helix which washes and translocates the raw
material in the bath. In the bath, for the special order, could be installed the catchers of
insects. Under the bath there are installed two pumps whose role is the pumping of the water
to the bath through the snouts. With the valves placed at the one side of the bath, one
regulates the flow and also the effluent jet of the water from the snouts. The intensity of the
wash and the speed of the transfer of the raw material in the bath is regulated in the
dependence from a degree of the dirt of the raw material. In the bath are found drain valves
designed to the voidance of the bath and the pipeline from the water. The raw material sails
out from the bath and finds the vibratory gutter which shakes down the water from the raw
material. Thanks of the used perforated metal sheet in the vibratory gutter the rest of the water
flows to the filter - reservoir by the sieve on which says dirts and wastes of the raw material.
From the reservoir of the pump they take the water which , is pressed back to the bath. The
raw material hits from the machine straight to boxes or the other containers. The raw material
could be also subject to centrifuging.

DESTINY
The washing machine is designed for
horizontal washing of the carrot with a
leaves in tufts, etc..
The machine is characterized with the
continuous work at the uninterrupted
production and with the straight
construction easy for the dry-cleaning
and the preservation.
THE BRUSH - WASHER TO STRAWBERRIES of the type HUP - 14
DESTINY
The brush-washer for washing strawberries, cherries, tomatoes, champignons and the
removing of small solid impurities. Possible to be used as the washing-glove of the second
degree after the water - aerial washer. The machine is characterized with the continuous work
with the uninterrupted production and with the construction easy for dry-cleaning and the
preservation.
VIBRATING WASHER type OP-22
DESTINY
A vibrating washer is designed for washing of fruits
and vegetables.
THE WAY OF WORKING
Thanks to vibrating movements fruits and vegetables are tossed and passed in the basin full of
water and under the unit of sprayers.
