SLICING MACHINE type HP-11
DESTINY
This machine is designed for slicing various types of
vegetables in different thickness slices. It fulfills its
task the best when used for slicing elongate
vegetables like: leak, carrot, parsley, rhubarb,
cucumber, zucchini etc. Optionally we are making
slicer with fluent regulation of cutting thickness.
THE WAY OF WORKING
Vegetables from a batch go on a carrier's tape. At the end of the carrier there is a pushing unit,
which prevent the vegetables from hopping. Then, the material is moved to a front plate
where is a cutting head. The vegetable moves from the carrier, gets between whirling knife on
the head and the knife installed permanently on the front plate, where is sliced.
