DESTINY
The vibratory shaker is the part of the line to the
processing of strawberries. It can be also use in the
processing of other fruits fresh and froze on the
condition that will be installed suitable strainer to the
current kind of fruit.
THE WAY OF WORKING
The vibratory shaker is build from the following parts: the supporting structure, the complete
drive, the counterweight, the complete rocker, the complete sieve, the electric motor, the
steering system.
The supporting construction is welded from the pipes. The construction sustains of the engine
base with the regulation of the move. On the four perpendicular pipes of the construction
there are mounted four rockers joint with the counterweights in the lower part and the slats
from squares in the upper part, to which there is mounted the sieve. The sieve is made from
the rods of the round or trapezoidal section. The crevice between the rods we make according
to the wishes of the customer. Under a sieve there is situated the gutter on wastes. The drive is
by the engine of the power 0,75kW , which by the help of the stepless drive with the fan belt
propels the roll on which is embedded the eccentric. The eccentric, by the joint, delivers the
drive on connecting rods fastened rigidly on the front rocker. The rockers makes the sieve to
vibrations on which follows the throwing up and the displacement of fruits and vegetables
after the rods between which fall down the dirts.
