DESTINY
The device is designed to the final brushing-up of fruits from wastes of petioles, perianths or other impurities. The device possesses the set of brushes and segments of the screw embedded on the common shaft. The shaft is driven by an electric motor through the belt drive composed from three fan belts. Frozen fruits are poured to the filling basket basket. The snail transports fruit to brushes which polish fruits pushing them toward to the pouring. Fruits are moving in the cylindrical perforated sieve. The engine of the power 5.5kW (1420 turns/min) driving a screw is supplied by the converter of the frequency. The change of settings of the converter lets on the liquid regulation of turns of the shaft with brushes, what assures the optimal working parameters of the polishing machine. The device has regulated legs which make possible the arrangement of the angle of device (from 0o to 7o).
