VEGETABLE CUTTER type HWK-10
DESTINY
This cutter is designed for slicing or dicing of various kinds of
vegetables (carrot, parsley, celery, potatoes) depending on used
cutting units. Cutting units are positioned to dice for pieces:
10x10x10 mm, 5x5x5 mm or any other dimension agreed with a
client.
THE WAY OF WORKING
Vegetables are passed through a charging hopper and get into a turning rotor, which pushes
the material on disc knifes shaping strips. The strips are moved into the chopping knifes and
finally diced.

DESTINY
This cutter is designed for cutting various kinds of root vegetables on strips, slices or dices. It
depends on suitable quantity of the used cutting units. Normally, the cutting units are
equipped in two rolls of round knifes of 10mm and 5mm graduation.
THE WAY OF WORKING
Vegetables are passed through a charging hopper right to a rotor serving a material to a
slicing knife. Then slices are cut on strips by the round knifes and finally cut off by the
cutting unit and finally diced. The increase of an efficiency is possible through a continuous
and proportionate supplying of the material.

DESTINY
The cutter of the carrot ends is designed to:
- cutting of leaves heads and caudal ends of carrots,
- cutting of the carrot into the 50 mm sections.
After disassembling of the cutting unit and changing of the side driver tapes to the smooth
tapes and after switching the function in the steering box, the cutter could be used as the
revisional conveyor
