DESTINY
The cutter is designed for slicing of mushrooms
(especially champignons) on slices of different
thickness consulted with a client. It is possible to cut
other vegetables, for example tomatoes.
THE WAY OF WORKING
Mushrooms fell from a charging hopper right down on a cutting unit, where are sliced. The
cutter's high and leg spacing depends on a client's request. The cutter's batch is equipped in a
special lattice which protects a worker from putting a hand into the cutting unit.

DESTINY
The cutter is designed for a slicing of mushrooms (especially champignons) into 3 mm thick slices (cutting thickness agreed with client). Maximal diameter of mushrooms' heads can not be bigger than 6 cm. Optionally we are making mushroom cutter with a fluent speed regulation of the cutting unit.
THE WAY OF WORKING
Mushroom water cutter consists of four basic elements: a batch-feeding set, a cutting unit, emptying carrier and a water pump. The whole is standing on four legs with feet screw in, which help to level the machine. Mushrooms from the batch-feeding set are passed on the cutting unit (parallel to the mushroom's axis) where are sliced. The sliced mushrooms are received straightly from the emptying carrier.
