THE CRACK ROLL CALIBRATOR - type HUK - 10
DESTINY
The crack - roll calibrator is designed for the resolution of
frozen fruits and vegetables according to the size
(particularly of the fresh cherries). After the arrangement of
the bottom rolls runner on the suitable height and the
arrangement of barriers of pour out could be obtain the any
range of calibrating in the borders appointed of the
technical characteristic.
THE WAY OF WORKING
Thanks to the runner of rolls there should be placed the suitable cracks between rolls and then
tune the required calibre through the covers of the pour outs. The raw material should be
given evenly to the filling up device, and the rolls transfer all along the machine to the place
where the raw material finds the suitable crevice and than will get to pour out. The raw
material which is not suitable in arranged calibre translocates over the rolls to the final pour
out
DRUM CALIBRATOR TYPE HOK-57
DESTINY
A calibrator with a round or hexagonal drum is
designed for sorting frozen fruits and vegetables like:
strawberry, cherry, brussel and cauliflower. Depending
on our client needs we make sieves with suitable
diameter of slots.
THE WAY OF WORKING
Fruits are passed through a charge (continuous batch from elevator increases the efficiency of
the calibrator), then they go into the drum of the 3-section calibrator. The material is moving
directly to the section with bigger slots, what is possible thanks to the drum turnings and the
slope of the calibrator. Under the drum there are emptying devices carrying the material off
the particular sections of the calibrator, however the final emptying device carries off fruits or
vegetables which do not suit to any slot of the sieves.
THE DRUM CALIBRATOR OF THE TYPE HOK - 01
DESTINY
The drum calibrator is designed for the sorting of chilled vegetables and fruits and raw and
chilled mushrooms.
The machine is characterized with the continuous work at the uninterrupted production and
with the simple construction easy for dry-cleaning and the preservation. The calibrator is
characterized also with the high productivity to 4500kg/h (for the chilled strawberry).
