DESTINY
The device is designed for soaking
(preservation) of the raw and peeled potatoes
in the solution. It works in the line for the
processing of potatoes.

DESTINY
The curtain aerial - drying is designed for
draining from the water the fresh fruits and vegetables.
Most often is installed over the dripping conveyors
with the open-work tape.
THE WAY OF WORKING
The device consists of: the supporting construction , jets and the radial ventilator. The whole
device is produced of acid-resistant steel. The device is installed usually over a conveyor
dripping. The way of working of the curtain is based on the induction of the air from the
environment by the radial ventilator and expressing it to the raw material moving on the
bearing tape. The pressed air thrusts down the excess of the water from the raw material and
dries it.
SALT SPRINKLING MACHINE OF THE TYPE DP - 03
DESTINY
Salt sprinkling machine is mostly designed for the
strewing of vegetables and fruits with flavourings,
especially with the salt . This machine is an element of
the conveyer to sliced cabbage in where fulfils the part
of salt sprinkling device. The speed of strewing
depends on the dumping of the sliced cabbage to the
tape of the conveyer. Besides the construction of the
salt sprinkling device gives and the possibility of
disassembling, transfer, and the montage in other
places.
